  4. USAGE: This information is used to provide a short description of the    
  5.        document (or folder contents).  As the user moves the bar to various
  6.        items, the contents of this field are displayed for each item as
  7.        it is selected.

  9.        Data for this field can either be typed by the creator, or imported
  10.        from a DOS file.  To import data press the "Import Data" function
  11.        key (f3).  You will be prompted for a DOS file that contains infor-
  12.        mation for this field.  The contents of that file will appear on
  13.        the screen and function keys "f1-f5" can then be used to copy the
  14.        current high-lighted line from the DOS file to the chosen line
  15.        in the Full Description field.
